I’m Heather, and I help people just like you: ones that have it within them to be healthy and thriving again but just need the support to get there.


I help my clients find confidence, happiness, and fulfillment by equipping them with the tools they need to. better understand themselves and the people around them.

First, we. examine the relational dynamics that are causing the anger and frustration that you are experiencing. Then, we work on the communication skills and behavior changes that will be most effective for you. Through our work together, you’ll be equipped with the skills and confidence you need to thrive in your relationships).



I am dedicated to helping people feel better and have a sense of control in their lives again.


My training in clinical social work means I have the expertise you need and deserve when healing yourself and your relationships. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who “gets” what it means to be someone struggling with anxiety, right?


I get it because I have dedicated my career to working with people and learning what they need to find more calm, connected and healthy relationships. I know that sometimes you just want to quit. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.
